By registering for or using Match Mate (the website at blushmee.com and the Android app, together "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Match Mate is completely free to use. We do not charge any registration, subscription or membership fee, and there are no in-app purchases. All features on the Platform are provided at no cost.
To keep the Platform free, we show advertisements, including ads served by Google AdMob in the Android app. How advertising works and how you can control personalised ads is explained in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy. We do not endorse the advertisers or products shown, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them. If we introduce any paid features in the future, we will clearly notify users in advance and update these Terms.
You keep ownership of the profile information, photos and messages you submit ("User Content"). By submitting it, you give Match Mate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process it solely to operate, secure and improve the Platform, including showing your profile to other users. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other users may have lawfully received and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you own or have the right to post your User Content and that it does not violate anyone's rights or any law. Only post photos of yourself.
You must not:
Match Mate maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, sharing or transmitting any content that is sexually explicit, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene or fraudulent. Any profile, text or image found in violation of these standards will be removed within 24 hours, and the offending user account will be permanently banned immediately without notice.
To maintain a secure and trustworthy community, Match Mate provides built-in tools that allow users to block unwanted contacts and report objectionable profiles or abusive behaviour directly within the app. All reported content is reviewed by our administration and moderation team to ensure adherence to our safety guidelines, and reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also report concerns by emailing egaleride@gmail.com.
Match Mate is a platform that helps people connect. We do not conduct background checks on users and do not guarantee the identity, intentions or information of any user. Please be careful: never send money or share bank, card or OTP details with someone you meet on the Platform; verify the person and their family independently before making any decision; and meet first in a public place and let a family member or friend know.
Match Mate is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit registration or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account and related personal data will be deleted immediately. If you believe a user is under 18, please report their profile.
The Platform uses third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Firebase and OneSignal, and may contain links to third-party websites. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, involves fraud or harassment, or is reported for abusive behaviour, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time, directly and without contacting support, at blushmee.com/delete-account.php. What happens to your data on deletion is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The Match Mate name, logo, design and software are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission. Apart from your own User Content, you receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any user-provided information is accurate. Match Mate is not responsible for the conduct of users, online or offline, or for any loss arising from your interactions with other users or advertisers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Platform, which is zero as it is free. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and we will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
