• You must provide accurate, truthful information in your profile

3. User Responsibilities

• You must not create fake profiles or impersonate others
• You must not use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam
• You must treat other users with respect and dignity
• You must not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

4. Free Service

Blushmee is completely free to use. We do not charge any registration, subscription, or membership fee, and there are no in-app purchases. All features currently available on the platform are provided to users at no cost.

If this changes in the future, we will clearly notify users in advance and update this policy accordingly.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is reported for harassment. Users may also delete their own accounts at any time by contacting support.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blushmee is a platform to facilitate connections. We are not responsible for the conduct of users outside the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
